REFUND POLICY
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them.
Return shipping is on us. Email vamillionattire@vamillion.net with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Returns are sent to a specific address, Items sent back without a return request first can't be accepted.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded as store credit for the full item price, issued once we've received and inspected your return. We'll email you when it's done.
Final sale
Discontinued items are final sale and can't be returned, except for the damage and misprint cases below.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item
Every piece is made to order. If yours arrives damaged or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
EU and UK customers
If your order ships to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and you'll be refunded to your original payment method instead of store credit. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
