The Story Behind VAMILLION
VAMILLION started at home, with one verse: whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
My name is John Vamillion, and VAMILLION started at home.
The more I grew in my faith, the more one verse kept coming back to me:
"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." — 1 Corinthians 10:31 (NIV)
Whatever you do. Not just the Sunday things. Everything. So I asked myself a simple question: what do I know how to do, and what do I enjoy doing, that I could give back to Him?
For me, the answer was this: building a brand and making clothes.
Doing my part
VAMILLION was never about spotting a gap in the market. It's about doing my part. On May 13th I formed the company, and I started making clothes for Christians: clothes that express the faith we carry instead of keeping it quiet.
Why "VAMILLION"
Vamillion is a noble name. Wearing it means wearing the pride we have in God's love, His kindness, and His power. Not pride in ourselves, but in who He is and what He has done.
Where this is going
The goal is bigger than clothing. I want VAMILLION to spread the Gospel, the Christian faith, and God's love, one piece at a time. Every design starts there, and our first collection, Faith Risen, is where it begins.
